Geophysical Special Conditions Addendum -
Schedule #B
1.) The Grantee Shall conduct a water well test and a water
analysis test on ______________________ - th. The test shall include
pre-static level, draw down level, flow rate, recovery time and water
quality analysis. The testing and analysis shall be carried out by
a laboratory that is accredited by the Canadian Association of Environmental
Analytical Laboratories. The test and analysis shall include Total Dissolved
Solids, Total Hardness, Alkalinity, Ph, Chlorides, Sulfates, Nitrates, Nitrites,
and Sodium. Tests and analysis shall also include the amounts of total extractable
hydrocarbons, plus all metals including Arsenic, Iron, Boron, Cadmium, Chromium,
Cobalt, Copper, Lead, Mercury, Manganese, Zinc and/or any other heavy metals
which may be prevalent. A, BTEX test for Benzene, Ethyl Benzene, Xylenes plus
a test for Total and Faecal Coliforms shall also be conducted.
These tests shall
be done Thirty (30) Days prior to drilling and approximately Thirty
(30) days after drilling and blasting, and a further tests as maybe
requested by Grantor. All these tests and analysis shall be at the
expense of the Grantee.
2.) The Grantee agrees that if any water contamination
occurs from its activities it shall use all resources necessary to
immediately rectify the problem and to compensate the Grantor and/or
occupant for all costs associated with providing sufficient potable
water to the Grantor and/or moving dwellings and facilities and/or
reestablish
new permanent facilities and/or shall pay an adequate cash settlement
as requested by the Grantor.
3.)
The Grantee shall also have San-Dee Water
Well Evaluations Ltd (1-866-626-2788) conduct a gas-water test prior
to and after drilling and blasting of the exploration activities. These
tests shall be at the expense of the Grantee.
4.)
(additions to # 30)-The
exploration company shall haul for life all water that is needed for
the Grantor's needs now and/or if Grantor's operation is expanded in
the future with all costs be at the expense of the Grantee including
all costs for some one who does the dowsing for water, if water well
can not be restored.
5.)
All water used for drilling operations shall be
drinking water quality and/or treated water, so that the landowners
wells and/or surrounding neighboring wells are not contaminated by
water used from rivers, sloughs, creeks, dugouts, or other sources
that may be contaminated.
